Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization while assisting with inventory and cross-department tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop; help customers locate items and answer questions
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Maintain displays and store standards; assist with inventory and cross-department tasks
• Handle inventory and restocking processes; monitor product levels
• Operate equipment safety, including pallet jacks, box cutters, and handheld devices
• Move between tasks and departments to stay productive throughout shifts
