Job summary

Indiana Fine Wine & Spirits LLC is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and build a sales and service culture. You will lead by example, train staff, and drive key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with alcohol sale regulations.

You will supervise team members, resolve customer issues, and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility, evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, and drive sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and assist with other duties as assigned.
