Total Wine & More in Carmel, IN seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages.

You will lead by example, supervise team members, assist training, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, manage safety and store cleanliness, and contribute to KPIs while working flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to liquor laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
