Job summary

GANNI is hiring a Sales Supervisor for our Boston store to lead a team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive footfall through clienteling and events. You will support store management to run an omnichannel business with a KPI-driven environment and strong focus on loyalty.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of store management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Solid and proven management background with at least 1 year of store management.
• People management: lead, motivate and coach a team of sales advisors.
• Clientelling mindset and ability to foster returning clients.
• Experience working with operating systems and an excellent understanding of KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experience and establish loyalty.
• Share responsibility for shopfloor day-to-day operations and KPIs.
• Motivate and support sales advisors to reach store and individual targets; KPI-driven environment.
• Drive and support the manager with in-store events and opportunities to sell.
• Stock management and administrative duties including trade reporting and communications with team.
