Job summary

Veronica Beard in Boston seeks a Sales Supervisor to aid the Store Management team in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role serves as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, based in our Boston location.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and operational discipline, with a base hourly range and commissions as part of total rewards. A strong clienteling focus and comfort with social media content are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail Store Management experience in women’s apparel.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior.
• Ability to retain and utilize data, i.e. names, merchandise, information, policies and procedures.
