GANNI in Boston is hiring a Part-time Client Advisor to join our store. You will deliver exceptional styling sessions, drive client retention, and work to reach individual and store targets with an omnichannel mindset.

You will support daily operations, stock management, and participate in online bookings and in-store events to build the GANNI community. This role emphasizes a proactive, energetic attitude and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience within a similar industry, preferably in luxury/premium.
• Energetic, proactive and self-motivated with a client-first mindset.
• Experience with sales targets in a results-driven environment.
• Understanding of omnichannel and clienteling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience with styling sessions.
• Drive retention of clients and contribute to store targets.
• Support daily operations and maintain high front/back of house standards.
