Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory within our Colorado Springs, Fountain and Pueblo store network. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and maintain strong customer relationships in partner stores.

This hands-on role requires travel between stores, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay, PTO, and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys and photo documentation.

This territory has 4 stores in Colorado Springs, 1 store in Fountain, and 2 stores in Pueblo.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
