Job summary

The Hillman Group in Sanford, FL is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, keep displays sharp, ensure inventory flow, and build strong relationships with store teams.

This hands-on role requires travel between stores, executing planograms, stocking merchandise, performing display resets, and reporting on store conditions. We offer $18–20/hour, PTO, holidays, and a retirement + ESPP plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising/field service preferred
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute planograms
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel between stores and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
