Job summary

Hillman Group in Illinois is seeking a Part Time Store Sales Representative (3 days a week, 25 hours). You’ll be the face of Hillman in your stores, keeping displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong while traveling between locations.

This hands-on role requires independence, reliability, and good communication. You’ll read plan-ograms, stock and reset displays, and complete service reports. Compensation is $18–$20/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
