Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team to uphold service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure sufficient staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and set attainable goals.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to company policies.
