Carter’s Inc. in Prosper, TX is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and guide families through our Carter’s and OshKosh brands on every moment from preemie to size 14.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with at least two closing shifts weekly.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate Carter’s and related brands.
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and coach others to success.
Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with detailed follow-through.
Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and resolving issues promptly.
Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and act to improve results.
