Responsabilidades

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach store team to achieve service standards.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities and drive results with timely resolutions.
• Support store team with asset protection and safety controls.
