Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll guide new parents and grandparents through our baby essentials and school prep items, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive team culture.

You’ll lead initiatives and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and drive store results. You’ll be part of Carter’s mission to provide quality clothing for babies and young children, with benefits like health options, a 30% discount,

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED; proven customer-facing experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage families on the sales floor.
Ability to lead, coach, and drive results while maintaining an inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
