The Children’s Place in Paramus, New Jersey is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead store teams, drive sales and brand loyalty, and recruit and develop top retail talent. The role holds full accountability for store financial results and overall leadership, building a high-performing team aligned with brand strategies.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, floor set execution, customer service, and compliance with SOPs, with a focus on achieving store profitability and strong team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a specialty retail store manager in relevant traffic, volume, and unit intensity.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by recruiting and developing high performing teams.
• Develop future leaders for internal pipeline and external talent sourcing.
• Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Communicate goals and monitor progress against business metrics.

• Protect company assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
