Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or higher preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years prior retail management experience with at least 2 years as Store Manager.
• Flexible schedule including some holidays, most weekends and/or late evenings.
• Demonstrates drive, initiative and accountability; passion for the product and business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan.
• Set and monitor store goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Manage store expenses and payroll processes.
• Execute merchandise displays and visuals to enhance the Brand.
• Recruit, train and develop Associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate staff on product knowledge.
