Job summary

Reformation in Culver City is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead the store team and drive retail goals with a customer-first approach. You’ll coach staff, manage inventory, and create a technology-driven in-store experience that delights shoppers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll inspire colleagues, maintain performance metrics, and ensure exceptional service while upholding brand standards. This role requires at least 3 years in retail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Experience in a sales or retail organization or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Drive a technology-led in-store experience to delight customers.
• Maintain high NPS scores through exceptional service.
• Act as brand ambassador and embody brand values.
• Uphold inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and inbound/outbound stock.
• Track fulfillment and inventory metrics; support leadership.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention with leadership.
• Onboard new hires and provide coaching to improve performance.
