Job summary

Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead front-of-store operations, engage customers with total solutions, and drive sales and conversion. The role emphasizes coaching teammates, managing weekly merchandising, and delivering a superior store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Focus on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer.
