Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Brighton, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities. You will uphold brand standards and shape a positive, customer-centered culture that goes beyond the transaction.

In this role, you will assist with store operations, share brand priorities with teams, and coach staff on product knowledge and omni-channel selling. A strong focus on hospitality and teamwork will drive success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge and utilize an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling.
