You will guide the team on sales initiatives, lead by example on the floor, and support scheduling, training, and store operations to achieve goals in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
