Job summary

KnitWell Group, operator of White House Black Market, seeks a Sales Lead for Store 3111-Annapolis Mall-WHBM-Annapolis, MD. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create welcoming, customer‑centered experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You’ll open/close shifts, share brand priorities, coach teammates, manage merchandising and scheduling, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
