Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and be on your feet for at least 8 hours.

• Ability to handle cash and assist customers with purchases and returns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers and teach them how to shop.
• Showcase products and guide customers through the buying process.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate product knowledge to enhance shopping experience.
• Go above and beyond service expectations with every interaction.
• Assist customers with add-on purchases using suggestive selling techniques.
• Thank customers for purchases and ensure a positive experience.
• Take orders in person and over the phone, including large client orders.
• Step in as acting manager when needed to run shifts and prep for next shift.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and resolve customer issues on the spot.
