Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers, assess needs, and promote products including Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and support freight processing and stocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and assist with training of new associates.
• Navigate computer systems and handheld inventory scanners; use MS Office/Google Docs/AS400.
