Job summary

GPM Investments, Dixie Mart in Minden, LA, seeks energetic Sales Associates to keep the store inviting and running smoothly. You will greet customers, run the register, and handle various tasks from stocking to cleaning.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean facilities, assisting customers, and ensuring age verification for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol. We offer weekly pay and flexible full-/part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarette and alcohol products with age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays so merchandise looks fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
