Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, run the register, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will become proficient in lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales, while providing friendly service and occasional cross-training in other departments.

The role offers flexible schedules, part-time and full-time options, and benefits like weekly pay and 401(k). Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales
• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including high-use restrooms and pumps
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh
• Maintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, windows, entryways
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed
