Responsibilities

• Process freight and stock handling.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance cash register per policy.
• Call out prices during transactions and bag merchandise.
• Handle all cash, checks and cards correctly per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping per store standards.
• Provide customer service: greet, assist, and invite return customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist with loss prevention and report incidents as required.
