Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently after transactions
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per policy
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, ringing transactions, thanking customers, and inviting return visits
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
• Supporting management with tasks per company policy
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Assisting with Loss Prevention procedures, including theft prevention, incident reporting, and following operational policies
