Job Description:

The Store Sales Associate at NAPA is the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding their needs and sourcing accurate parts. Providing a positive customer experience is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities:

• Build good relationships with customers.
• Greet all customers.
• Pick correct parts from behind the counter.
• Assist in resolving retail issues.
