Job Purpose:

The Store Sales Associate is the primary contact for NAPA’s customers. This role involves promoting sales by understanding customer needs and sourcing accurate parts. Ensuring each customer receives a positive experience is of utmost importance.

Duties:

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers
• Greet all customers
• Pick correct parts from behind the counter for customers
• Assist in resolving retail issues
• Ensure store cleanliness
• Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• GED preferred
• Ability to operate point-of-sale system and manage cataloging
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task and self-motivate

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
• Capable of moving merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
• Ability to move heavy equipment using aids
• Clear communication and attentive listening skills
