Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight
2. Assisting with price changes and markdowns
3. Balancing registers according to company policy
4. Calling out prices during transactions
5. Bagging merchandise efficiently
6. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
7. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
8. Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping
9. Providing customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, timely service, and thanking customers
10. Following all safety procedures
11. Maintaining a professional appearance
12. Assisting with merchandising based on stock levels
13. Supporting management with various tasks
14. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
15. Assisting with loss prevention efforts, including theft prevention and incident reporting
