Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing register according to company policy
• Calling out prices during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping
• Providing excellent customer service (greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing, thanking, inviting return)
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance with a name tag
• Assisting with merchandising based on stock levels
• Supporting management with assigned tasks
• Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers
• Assisting with Loss Prevention efforts (preventing shoplifting, reporting incidents, following policies)

Job Requirements:
