Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently and handles all cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary
• Maintains store cleanliness and handles maintenance duties
• Provides excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking customers
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains a professional appearance
• Assists in merchandising and stock management
• Explains exchange and refund policies to customers
• Supports loss prevention efforts by reporting theft or dishonesty and following operational policies
