Job summary
Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach for Walmart US. You will own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality standards.
You will supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track. Based out of a home store with travel across the US, you will support multiple projects, with overnight shifts and frequent long-distance travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- Master’s degree in Business preferred; 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams encouraged.
- Project Management Certification (PMI) is a valued credential.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects.
- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
- Travel frequently across the US to support projects.
