Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the floor.
• Greet customers with eye contact and courtesy to deter theft.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and address them with leadership.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and minimize shortage.
• Ensure proper checkout procedures are followed by staff.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with store leadership and partners.
