Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.

You will monitor for theft indicators, cooperate with Store Leadership, and ensure a safe environment for Associates and Customers while upholding the Ross brand and policies. You will greet customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor, follow Code 50 inspection policy, and participate in district meetings and training as needed to support shrink

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with security policies and state laws.

Responsibilities
