Job summary

Thrift Giant in Denton, TX is seeking a Store Production Associate - Sorter to help manage pricing, sorting, and stocking on the sales floor. You will work with the team to ensure items are accurately labeled and displayed to maximize daily sales.

Responsibilities include evaluating item quality for sale, tagging clothing, sorting items by department, and upholding store policies. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine if an item is high enough quality to sell.
• Determine the quality or price of the item.
• Determine if qualify for seasonal storage.
• Price all items based on given quality requirements.
• All other duties assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Checking daily sales floor, to improve day to day product coming out to sales floor.
• Pull bags and boxes.
• Sort through items and put them in correct department.
• Determine if stores should keep item or "rags."
• Understanding and following all store policies
• All other duties as assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Maintain table leaving room for sorters to sort through clothing.
• Hang all the clothing set aside by the sorter.
• Tagging clothing on racks in a timely manner Know where to place tags on clothing.
• Determine if qualify for seasonal storage.
