• Follow store policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Check daily sales floor to improve product rollout to the floor.
• Pull bags and boxes for processing.
• Sort through items and place them in the correct department.
• Decide if stores should keep items or discard as rags.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies.
• Maintain workspace and leave table clear for sorters.
• Hang clothing set aside by the sorter.
• Tag clothing on racks in a timely manner and place tags correctly.

To support management in achieving the company’s growth objective by maximizing sales and controlling expenses.

Duties and responsibilities

• Determine if an item is high enough quality to sell.
• Determine the quality or price of the item.
• Determine if qualify for seasonal storage.
• Price all items based on given quality requirements. Understanding and following all store polices
• All other duties assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Checking daily sales floor, to improve day to day product coming out to sales floor.
• Pull bags and boxes.
• Sort through items and put them in correct department.
• Determine if stores should keep item or “rags.”
• Understanding and following all store policies
