Thrift Giant is seeking a Store Production Associate - Hanger to support pricing, tagging, and stocking operations on the sales floor. You will work closely with the team to price items, determine quality, and ensure items are displayed and stored correctly.

This role involves high-stress periods, fast-paced workloads, and a strong emphasis on teamwork to meet daily sales goals and maintain organized departments.

Responsibilities

• Price items based on given quality requirements and store polices.
• Determine item quality and price, and assess seasonal storage eligibility.
• Move and sort items through departments; maintain organization on the sales floor.
• Work as a team player to achieve store goals and motivate the team.
• Check daily sales floor and prepare items for display or sale.
• Hang clothing and tag racks promptly; know where to place tags on clothing.

Job purpose

To support management in achieving the company's growth objective by maximizing sales and controlling expenses.

Duties and responsibilities

Pricer:

• Determine if an item is high enough quality to sell.
• Determine the quality or price of the item.
• Determine if qualify for seasonal storage.
• Price all items based on given quality requirements. Understanding and following all store polices
• All other duties assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Checking daily sales floor, to improve day to day product coming out to sales floor.
• Pull bags and boxes.
• Sort through items and put them in correct department.
• Determine if stores should keep item or 'rags.'
• Understanding and following all store policies
• All other duties as assigned.
• Work as a team player.
• Maintain table leaving room for sorters to sort through clothing.
• Hang all the clothing set aside by the sorter.
• Tagging clothing on racks in a timely manner Know where to place tags on clothing.
• Determine if qualify for seasonal storage.

Working conditions

This can be a high stress position. There are times when the work-load is heavy and it is expected that this position handle that stress and continue to work and motivate the team to reach the goal.
