Job summary

arc Thrift Stores in Littleton, CO is seeking a dependable Sorter to organize incoming merchandise by class and quality, supporting store productivity and sales growth.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. You will collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed to keep the donation flow moving smoothly.

Job Title SorterSep-24FLSA Status – Non ExemptSummarySorts incoming merchandise into specified classifications to supplement the stores productivity and increase sales.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSorts merchandise.Examines merchandise to determine if item is sellable or non-sellable.Throws away non-sellable merchandise before it goes to the pricer’s table.Sorter is not responsible for determining which “debatable” items are sellable or not.
