Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategy.
• Review business data to inform actions and recommendations for leadership.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
