• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and team.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and devices.
• Support store operations and assist with inventory.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders.
