Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to ensure accurate pricing and signage across departments, delivering excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional nights or weekends, and the role includes handling price changes, signage requests, UPC issues, and collaboration with store management and Blain’s Pricing and Signing Specialist. Benefits and opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and print store signage requests for the departments.
• Scan products for accuracy per daily inspection schedule.
• Respond to Cashier requests for price checks or UPC issues.
• Perform all Department Price Changes.
• Prep, Set and take down all Department Ads.
• Communicate with team members, store management and Blain's Pricing and Signing Specialist.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
