Job summary

Disney Store Planning Internship at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA is a full-time, in-person, six-month commitment from January 11, 2027 to June 4, 2027. You will bridge the gap between Operations and Merchandise, learning how product flow and guest experiences are shaped.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, shaping strategies with leadership, and coordinating floor plans and seasonal updates with Product Strategy and Visual Presentation teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise planning, financials, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and KPIs to improve sales and guest experiences.
• Provide strategic feedback to shape product offerings and strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement merchandise strategies.
• Coordinate with Product Strategy and Visual Presentation for seasonal updates.
• Review upcoming product strategies and calendar floor plans with Visual Presentation.
