Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent digital literacy; very skilled in Keynote, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency attending and hosting meetings and webinars with Zoom/Teams.
• Meticulous and organized; able to balance multiple projects across franchises/brands.
• Proven experience finding creative solutions to business problems.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dive into licensee requests and research and respond with agility.
• Attend meetings and transform discussions into actionable insights.
• Maintain and update buy boards to keep strategies current.
• Handle POS data, orders, pitches, and franchise intel folders.
• Act as a liaison between our team and marketing for approvals.
• Maintain licensee lists with careful accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate on PR and social media requests to amplify brand.
• Capture data for business analysis including trend research.
• Support contract and amendment processes when requested.
• Craft product presentations showcasing categories effectively.
