Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Portfolio review required; link to portfolio embedded in résumé for full consideration.
• Enthusiasm for retail design, IP storytelling, and collaboration within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Support creative design and development across branded retail design experiences for Disney franchises.
• Contribute to design development on retail toolkits and style guides across brands.
• Assist in crafting architectural features, branding, signage, fixtures, and visual merchandising.
• Learn about fashion trends, IP guardrails, and storytelling within retail environments.
• Research new materials and fabrication processes and explore new technologies in retail experiences.
• Build POV boards with design benchmarking, materials, and sketches to convey concepts.
