Job summary
Disney Live Entertainment in Anaheim is offering a Store Planning Internship within the Disneyland Resort. This full-time, in-person program runs January 11, 2027 through June 4, 2027, giving you hands-on experience bridging Operations and Merchandise teams to optimize product flow and guest experiences.
You will analyze business reports, contribute to merchandise strategies, and collaborate with Strategy, Planning, and Visual Presentation teams while you develop leadership and presentation
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for retail and merchandise with a desire to grow in the industry.
- Knowledge of merchandise planning, merchandising financials, forecasting and trend analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables; strong PowerPoint presentation ability.
- Strong leadership, relationships, and ability to meet timelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business reports, assess KPIs and trends to improve sales and guest experiences.
- Provide strategic feedback to shape merchandise offerings and strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations to implement merchandise strategies and maintain relationships.
- Coordinate with Product Strategy and Visual Presentation for quarterly updates and events.
- Review upcoming strategies, select items for shops, and create floor plans with calendars.
