Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant in WA state, or licensed RPh as required by state law (within 12 months).

• Monitors and analyzes customer service performance and develops improvement plans.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, receiving, pricing, and stock control.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and safety.
