Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant as required by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience managing a store and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling, task delegation and cash handling.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve issues to ensure a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Analyze inventory trends, manage stock and merchandising, and prevent out-of-stocks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and regulations across store and pharmacy.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate with District/Regional management to meet KPIs and business goals.
