Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a solid academic record or equivalent experience.

• Completion of Walgreens Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations.

• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and price changes; ensure security and cash handling.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive business performance and store growth.
