• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service and provides training and action plans for improvement.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, receiving, pricing, and stock liquidation.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and employee relations.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Develops employee performance plans and oversees training programs
