Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.

• Monitors customer service and trains team to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, and store profitability to improve sales and asset protection.
